Annual servicing is a requirement for most manufacturer warranties, a legal requirement for landlords, and plain common sense for everyone else. We carry out a full service to the manufacturer's schedule: combustion analysis, clean the heat exchanger and burner, test seals, check the flue, verify all safety devices and leave you a written certificate.
